This Week: 3/6-3/12/23

This should have come out yesterday, but I was super busy.

Currently Read:

Left Behind by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins (the first book in the series)

So far I like the book. I have little to say since I am only in the seventh chapter. It is a hard read due to the topic that it is written about.

Twilight by Stephine Meyer (The first book in the Twilight series)

This is a reread for me. I am liking it this time around. I am looking at it from quite a different perspective. I will explain better in my review.

Getting to Know God’s Heart by Patty Mason

This is a fun Bible Study. It is a quick read. I plan to slowly go through it, but I do love the writing style.

In Feast or Famine by Mesu Andrews

An ARC I have from Netgalley, I do plan to start this week. I really want to try and finish it by the end of next week.

Isaiah’s Daughter by Mesu Andrews

This is a library book I have until the 20th. I really want to start it after I finish Left Behind since that is also a library book.

New Moon by Stephine Meyer (the second book in the Twilight series)

Obviously, when I finish Twilight I will roll into the second book.

I am noticing that I kind of have a busy week so I really don’t know how much reading I will have done by Sunday.

Bible Reading:

I do read my bible every day. I try not to skip a day. I read a chapter a day out of the books that I am in. I read one NT book and one OT book.

I am in the book of Luke from the NT. I finished the second chapter this morning. I am using the ESV with this study.

With the OT, I am in the book of Isaiah. I finished Chapter 50 this morning. I am using the CSB for this study.
