Review: This one wasn’t as good as the first one but it still had its exciting parts. It was a little darker plot line. Sam’s mom is crazy. (Which we found out in the first one.) This book shows just how crazy she is. Mason and Sam are still together. Their parents still haven’t accepted it. There was some major tension between Logan, Nate and Mason. It was a little weird to wrap my head around.

Sam decided that she will be going to Fallen Crest Public instead of Fallen Crest Academy. She will be with Mason and Logan at school now. (That is what the third book is about.) Sam gets a job and meets new friends. Her friendship with Adam and Becky are on the rocks. I did like the writing. The story did have me guessing. I would still like to know what all went on that night when Sam was eleven. It’s a series I’ll keep reading.

Review: I just couldn’t deal with this book. I stopped on page 78. It was getting a little out of hand. The main girl Sera doesn’t look at guys and doesn’t date. Something happened to her. Then at a party her best friend points out Liam. The new guy. Liam seems to make the world melt away. Then the next day she tells Liam exactly what happened to her. THE VERY NEXT DAY! The fast forward a few days and she is already starting to fall in love. I just couldn’t handle it anymore. I had to put this down. I really hate that I put the book down this early and this fast but it was boring. The two main characters lacked chemistry. I just didn’t feel it.

So sadly this is a DNF!!
